About Marseille

Olympique de Marseille were founded in 1899, and the Velodrome's 67,000 make it the loudest, most volcanic ground in France. Droit au but, straight to the goal, has been the motto for a century and a quarter.

The 1993 Champions League, won when Basile Boli's header beat the great Milan in Munich, remains the only European Cup ever brought home by a French club, and Marseille will remind you of it forever. Papin, Waddle and Boksic made the early nineties gold, and the UEFA Cup runs since have kept the European appetite sharp.

OM are the people's club of France, supported everywhere the capital is resented. Le Classique against PSG divides the country, and a full Velodrome under lights on a European night is one of the sport's great experiences.

This is a live calendar subscription, not a one-off download. Your calendar app checks the feed on its own schedule, so when the Ligue 1 moves a Marseille match for television, or a new round of fixtures is confirmed, the changes appear in your calendar without you doing anything.
