About Paris Saint-Germain

Paris Saint-Germain were founded in 1970, a young club for a capital that had lacked a giant, and the Qatari takeover of 2011 turned them into one. A record haul of Ligue 1 titles and a decade of the world's most glamorous squads, from Ibrahimovic to Messi, Neymar and Mbappe, made the Parc des Princes a superclub's home.

The trophy that defined the project arrived at last in 2025: Luis Enrique's young, post-galactico side demolished Inter 5-0 in Munich, the biggest winning margin in a Champions League final, completing a treble and answering a decade of European heartbreak in one night.

The Parc, with the Collectif Ultras Paris behind the goal, remains one of Europe's most theatrical grounds, and Le Classique against Marseille is French football's grand hostility. The question in Paris is no longer whether Europe can be won, but how often.
