About Brentford

Brentford were founded in 1889 and spent 74 years outside the top flight before their return in 2021, won in the play-off final at Wembley. The club's rise was built on a famously analytical model: smart recruitment, data-driven decisions and selling stars without losing momentum.

Griffin Park, their home for over a century, was celebrated as the only English ground with a pub on all four corners. The move to the 17,250-seat Gtech Community Stadium in 2020 coincided with the most successful era in the club's modern history.

Under Thomas Frank the Bees established themselves as everyone's favourite overachievers, routinely finishing above clubs with several times their budget. West London derbies against Fulham and Chelsea give the fixture list extra bite.
